James Russell Messmer, age 76 of Osage Beach, Missouri passed away on April 8, 2020 in Osage Beach, Missouri. James wishes was to be cremated and buried in the Green Lawn Cemetery at Rich Hill, Missouri, at a later date. Service under the direction of the Heuser Funeral Home.
